Connor Bedard and Mason McTavish combined for a highlight reel goal
Almost everyone in the hockey world projects Connor Bedard to be the 1st overall pick in next June's NHL Draft. Last night he showed over his incredible skill with a drag and pull goal to open the scoring. But tonight in Canada's second game, Bedard chose to outdo himself.
After walking the line, Bedard threads a flip pass to Mason McTavish, who is able to create space and feed Bedard the puck back for a beautiful give and go. Bedard accepts the pass and buries it for a beautiful goal.
It's clear that Bedard has the elite skill, vision and creativity that is going to make him an incredible NHL player.
