Corey Perry has found his next team signs with the Edmonton Oilers
Corey Perry had been without a job since his contract was terminated by the Chicago Blackhawks. It appears after getting approval to re-join the National Hockey League, he's found a new home.
According to David Pagnotta of The Fourth Period, Perry and the Edmonton Oilers have reached an agreement on a contract for the remainder of the season; take a look.
Sounds like there is traction being made between the #LetsGoOilers and free agent veteran F Corey Perry. Decision could come soon.
The terms of the deal have not been specified yet, but you'd have to think the deal would be a 1 year term around, if not at league minimum.
In any case, the Edmonton Oilers just got a whole lot tougher to play against
