The Edmonton Oilers lost Game 5 in overtime by a final score of 5-4, but that might not even be their biggest loss from last night. With only a few seconds left in the 2nd period it appears that Darnell Nurse let his frustration get the better of him.

After Mike Smith made a save, Nurse appears to lower his head and deliver a headbutt directly to the face/head of Philip Danault.
There was no penalty issued on the play, but today NHL Player Safety announced that Nurse will indeed have a hearing for the play.
Edmonton's Darnell Nurse will have a hearing today for Head-butting Los Angeles' Phillip Danault.

Similar infractions in the past have resulted in one game suspensions. That is the likely punishment for Nurse as well.
Being forced to play Game 6 without their top defender is going to make Thursday night's game much more difficult for the Oilers.
