During Tuesday night's game between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Columbus Blue Jackets, forward Evgeni Malkin threw a very questionable hit.
The play happened in the 3rd period, with about 6-minutes left. As Sean Kuraly headed up the ice with the puck, Malkin tried to pinch off his route. Kuraly made a move to get around Malkin, but Malkin lifted his arm catching Kuraly up high.
Malkin was issued a 2-minute minor on the play. Kuraly appeared immediately upset, but appeared to calm down after a few words from Malkin.
