Evgeny Kuznetsov uses controversial shootout move to score important goal (Video)

Evgeny Kuznetsov is one of the most talented players in the NHL, especially when it comes to his abilities in the shootout. But over the years Kuznetsov has generated some hate for his patented shootout move.

Kuznetsov has made his slow approach and fast finish shootout move his go to move. But teams have complained on multiple occasions that Kuznetsov moves so slowly that the puck often stops moving forward altogether.

Tonight against the Carolina Hurricanes, Kuznetsov broke out the move again and scored a great goal.

Unfortunately for the Capitals, Kuznetsov's goal wasn't enough and the Canes went onto win 3-2.
