Fan captures embarrassing video that might explain why the Penguins powerplay is so bad
The Pittsburgh Penguins have had a tough start to the season. They currently sit outside of a playoff spot and despite acquiring Erik Karlsson, the Penguins powerplay has been terrible. The Penguins powerplay currently sits dead last in the league with a 13.4% success rate.
This has created questions about what has gone wrong? Well one fan in Toronto tonight was able to capture this video which may explain what's going on and it appears the issue might be coaching.
Ahead of a powerplay in the second period, one fan captured this video of a Penguins coach who appears to have absolutely no idea what to do with his powerplay unit.
While this might just be a single situation, something has to change for the Penguins. The Penguins currently trail the Leafs 6-0 and with the team currently on their Father's Trip this kind of effort can't be appreciated.
