Fan shares hilarious video about the Phil Kessel contract negotiations
Phill Kessel is certainly one of the most interesting characters in the National Hockey League today. From his time in Toronto with the Maple Leafs where it was reported that he requires coca-cola on the bench instead of water to filling the Stanley cup with hotdogs, he's certainly not what you would consider your typical hockey player.
A fan took to TikTok to act out how he believes the Kessel contract negations went down when he decided to sign with the Vegas Golden Knights earlier this off-season.
All jokes aside, even at 34, Kessel is still a productive player in the NHL these days scoring 8 goals and adding 44 assists for a total of 52 points in all 82 games with the Arizona Coyotes last season.
Kessel will certainly be able to add to the offensive depth of the Golden Knights next season and depending on if Vegas's injury struggles continue, might prove to be a key player for them as the year progresses.
