Yesterday, Seattle Kraken defender Vince Dunn was re-signed by the team to the most expensive contract in team history, and there's a video going around that shows he had what it takes to make it in the National Hockey League for some time.

6 years ago while playing in the American Hockey League as a meme er of the Chicago Wolves, Dunn took a crosscheck to the face by long-time AHLer Kurtis Gabriel, the two were separated on the ice, but things escalated while they were supposed to be going back to their respective dressing rooms; take a look.

While being sent back to their respective dressing rooms by the officials, Gabriel crosses over in an attempt to confront Dunn who swiftly drops Gabriel with one punch.

Gabriel was as tough a customer as they come and for Dunn to not only show no fear, but to take on Gabriel and drop him in one swift motion proved that he was not only ready for the show, but once he arrived, he could more than hold his own.
