Marc Methot had a rather effective NHL career. He played in over 600 games with 3 different years over 13 seasons. Unfortunately for Methot the thing he's most known for is having the tip of his finger chopped off by Sidney Crosby.
Since retiring from professional hockey, Methot has developed a rather impressive following online and even started his own podcast. Unfortunately for Methot, the internet can be a very different place especially when you're open and honest about your opinions.
Methot hasn't shied away from sharing his opinion about the Toronto Maple Leafs online and it's rubbed some people the wrong way.
Today though Methot took to Twitter to share a couple of the direct messages in his inbox from Instagram, and well, they aren't pretty.
