Teams continue to use the NHL's waiver wire to try and improve their franchise. It seems to be a slow day on the waiver wire as only one person was put on the wire today.
According to Chris Johnston of TSN, the Vegas Golden Knights have placed Laurent Brossoit on waivers.

Brossoit, 29 hasn't played a game this year due to injury a hip injury that still has him a bit of time away, that's why the Knights had Logan Thompson as the starter and traded for Adin Hill to be his backup
the Seattle Kraken claimed Goaltender Magnus Hellberg while Zaitsev and Reilly who were placed on waivers yesterday cleared.
With Nikita Zaitsev clearing for Ottawa, it opens them up to take a decent run at a defender with Zaitsev's cap space (4.5M)
