Jakob Chychrun opens up about his crazy diet
Professional Athletes can be weird animals when it comes to how they treat their bodies and a prime example of this is what Jakob Chychrun divulged about his diet and what he puts in his body.
Chychrun, the newest member of the Ottawa Senators D-core admitted recently that his diet consists of raw liver, raw beef heart amongst other things that many people in society outside of a small percentage wouldn't even consider consuming.
While Chychrun admits that his diet <>, that his body craves it because it's <>, it would explain why he's an absolute machine.
It's true what they say in the sense that you get out of what you put into your body and Chychrun is proof positive of this and although when consuming raw meat you must consider whether the benefits outweigh the consequences in the sense of possible contamination, disease or organisms such as tapeworm.
While those who have followed the National Hockey League forever will remember when Phil Kessel admitted to mucking hot dogs on game day outside Scotia Bank Arena(formerly the Air Canada Centre), now more than ever are players who come into the league are taking care of their bodies way better.
