Monday night, the St. Louis Blues took on the Los Angeles Kings at home. A game in which the Blues lost by a score of 5-1- and of course Jordan Binnington was up to his old tricks.
Binnington was pulled midway through the second period after the Kings increased their lead to 5-0, he then skated by the Los Angeles bench and appeared to threaten them while making his way off the ice. Which for him, has become common place when things don't go his way.
Binnington, 29, has had a rough go this season. In 6 games he has a record of 3-3-0 with an .882 save-percentage and a 3.28 save percentage.
I understand the frustration, but this has become a habit for Binnington throughout his time in the NHL. This act has to be getting old within the Blues organization, right? You had a bad night, you rightfully got yanked from the game, take it and move forward. Acting tough, especially when you're a goaltender gets you nowhere.
