Josh Manson makes the biggest save of the Avalanche season
Tonight the Colorado Avalanche and St. Louis Blues took to the ice for a pivotal Game 6. With their season on the line the Blues hoped their home crowd could propel them to a victory. Unfortunately the Blues learned tonight they wouldn't only have to get the puck past Darcy Kuemper, but they'd also have to beat Josh Manson.
The Blues came out flying and got out to the early lead. With the Blues leading the game 2-1, Jordan Kyrou had an opportunity to make the game 3-1. With Kuemper already beat there was only one problem...Josh Manson.
Manson's save would turn out to be huge. The Avalanche were able to tie the game and with 5.7 seconds left, an unlikely hero emerged. Darren Helm was able to beat Ville Husso and secure the Avalanche birth into the Western Conference Finals.
