I can't help but think a suspension will follow. A KHL player has been booted from a game today after getting tangled up with a linesman during play, and then intentionally shoving him.

Vladislav Firstov, a draft pick of the Minnesota Wild who played some games in the AHL, was skating up the ice with an opponent when he came face to face with a linesman. The two stood there until Firstov decided to shove him out of the way. Firstov was ejected for unsportsmanlike conduct, as well as yelling insults at an official.

Firstov was drafted 42nd overall by the Wild in 2019. He played nine games with the Iowa Wild over two seasons before heading back home.
