Ken Dryden calls out the NHL about hits to the head in hockey and how to fix it

On July, 26th a study released their findings on CTE, the published results revealed that contact athletes were over 68 times more likely to develop CTE.

Ken Dryden appeared on the Agent Provocateur Podcast with Allan Walsh and Adam Wylde on April 4th and made a statement, about how to control CTE:
Dryden called on the NHL to reduce as much as possible, contact to the head. Of course, it'll be impossible to reduce them all but to make headway towards controlling the contact better.
Dryden called out the NHLPA also to do more to protect NHL players, from needless headshots on the ice. Circling back to the studies, it was determined that Zero non-contact athletes, developed CTE.
Dryden, who served in Parliament under Paul Martin as Minister of Social Development, is a Lawyer currently who has had a friend suffer from dementia as a result of contact to the head.
So it tracks, that Dryden in his career would push to better situations for current NHL players.
