Morgan Reilly has had a less than ideal year to day the offensively to say the least, struggling to produce at both ends of the ice, but having not scored since game 7 of the first round last year.
Reilly broke the cold streak to break the tie and give the Leafs a 2-1 lead snapping his goalless draught at 35 games to start the year, take a look:
This comes after the Leafs hosted their annual Easter seals skate yesterday, where he was asked by participants when he would score a goal.
It's likely a fluke that Reilly scored a day after he was asked, but I wouldn't be surprised if being asked by participants yesterday put a little bit of motivation in his back pocket.
Whatever the case, Reilly is off the snide, hopefully for him, that'll open up the offensive floodgates.
