Major mistake leads to extremely embarrassing first period for minor league team

I don't think I've ever seen anything like this in a professional hockey league before. An ECHL team had to wear their opponent's practice jerseys during a game after leaving their own at home.
It's not really clear who was responsible for the mix-up with the Kalamazoo Wings, but the result is pretty funny, as the announcers have to explain why both teams' sweaters say Toledo Walleye.
According to social media, the Wings had their own jerseys back for the start of the second period. You can bet whoever was responsible for the mistake won't do it again any time soon. The video below shows more footage of the two teams facing off in Walleye jerseys.
