Max Domi jumped by two Vegas Golden Knights
During the 1st period of tonight's Vegas versus Columbus game it appears that Max Domi was able to get under the Golden Knight's skin. After throwing a big hit against Alex Pietrangelo, it was clear that Pietrangelo was looking to engage Domi. Eventually both Pietrangelo and Domi dropped their gloves, but before they could exchange punches, Nic Hague was quick to intervene as both he and Pietrangelo
On the play Hague, Domi and Pietrangelo all received 2-minute penalties for roughing. Ahead of next week's trade deadline this is an opportunity for Domi to showcase himself to team's looking to add a little grit to their lineup.
Domi is in the final year of 2-year contract with a cap hit of $5,300,000 per season and he is an unrestricted free agent at the end of this season. Domi has posted 9 goals and 20 assists in 49 games this season.
