Not a lot is going right for the Arizona Coyotes this season. Near the bottom of the National Hockey League standings, but they might have a player in Logan Cooley.
Cooley who was drafted 3rd overall by Arizona this year and is currently playing for the University of Minnesota are in Arizona playing the Sun Devils just pulled off the Michigan on what most likely will be his future home ice. Take a look:
Cooley, 18, has had a strong first collegiate season scoring 5 goals and adding 9 assists for a 14 points in 14 games played so far this season.
If anything, at least the Coyotes have another exciting prospect to add to the pipeline, hopefully one of these days it translates to on ice success.
Either that, or Gary Bettman comes to his senses and relocated the floundering franchise. Either way, Lohan Cooley looks to be a player you can build around.
