With the Eastern Conference Finals 2 games in and the Rangers leading 2-0, they are already feeling confident enough to start selling tickets to the Stanley Cup Finals.
This is obviously a move to be prepared, but it is also a bold move in all its manor. At this time the Rangers are the only team currently selling Stanley Cup Finals tickets.
But, it's safe to say that the Tampa Bay Lightning have only ever come back from a 2-0 deficit in a series, and that was back in 2002. So it's understandable how confident the Rangers are feeling right now.
But might be even more bold is how much those tickets are currently selling for. Ticket prices are insane. Seats in the nosebleeds start at $1200, while 100 level seats are selling for $9,975.
