Nikita Zadorov flattens Jonathan Toews and then overpowers Jake McCabe
Nikita Zadorov plays the game of hockey with a physical edge. He likes to be engaged and he really enjoys hitting people. That's what Zadorov did tonight, as Blackhawks Captain, Jonathan Toews carried the puck across the blue line he ran into Zadorov.
The hit immediately dropped Toews to the ice and like has become common place Zadorov was forced to answer for his hit. Jake McCabe chose to come to the defense of his captain but he was immediately over powered and taken down by Zadorov.
Zadorov received a minor penalty for roughing, while McCabe received a double minor for his involvement.
