Oliver Wahlstrom absolutely dummies Tony DeAngelo in a late game scrap
Late in the 3rd period of Saturday's game between the Philadelphia Flyers and New York Islanders, a scrum broke out. Out of the scrum emerged Oliver Wahlstrom and Tony DeAngelo ready to exchange pleasantries. Unfortunately for DeAngelo that wasn't a very good idea.
Wahlstrom handled DeAngelo quite easily, before pressing him to the ice and holding him there. Wahlstrom wouldn't even let DeAngelo stand up until he was ready for it to happen. This happened just hours after John Tortorella called his team, "young and dumb", so maybe he had a point.
DeAngelo isn't a very popular player among many NHL fan bases, so this will likely be well received. The Islanders went onto win the game 5-2, as the Flyers continue to plummet down the standings having gone 0-7-3 in their last 10 games.
