Referee ejects every single fan in the crowd before allowing game to resume
Well, here's something you don't see everyday. Spectators watching a hockey game in Finland were booted from the area on Saturday for getting on the head referees nerves.
The video below was taken during a game in Suomi-sarja, Finland's third-highest hockey league. The head ref stops the game after hearing someone use what sounds like an official's whistle in the stands. An announcement is made over the PA system informing those watching that another whistle from the stands will result in the audience having to leave. A little while later, you can hear what appears to be a wolf-whistle from the stands, something that happens dozens of times during a game. The referee didn't care. The game was stopped and the officials lined up and waited until the stands were cleared.
