You never want anything bad to happen during a game of hockey. You know it's always a possibility, but it's still shocking whenever it happens.
Today, the Ottawa Senators took on the Edmonton Oilers when Ottawa goaltender Anton Forsberg had to be stretchered off the ice, take a look:
With just over 5 minutes remaining in the 3rd period, it appears that Zach Hyman was pushed into Forsberg who then sank back into his net and stayed down for a long time.
Hyman appeared to fall onto Forsberg's leg after he was pushed, putting his full body weight on Forsberg.
Let's hope Forsberg is okay as he was having a solid season for a Senators team that isn't doing to much.
You never want to see a player stretched off the ice, ever. Cam Talbot came in to play out the rest of the 3rd period.
