Tampa Bay Lightning player accused of allegedly grooming and SA a minor
Another day and another sexual assault scandal is surrounding an NHL player. Today a Twitter account by the name of emily_smith3333 shared some disgusting details of an alleged assault and grooming process which occured when she was just a minor in high school.
The details of her account are extremely disgusting, but have not been proven in a court of law or investigated by police. Ian Cole is innocent until proven guilty.
The details of this are extremely troubling, and a full investigation should be conducted into these accusations. Cole signed a 1-year deal with the Tampa Bay Lightning for this season. Neither the NHL or Lightning have made a statement on the matter at this time.
