Chara affectionately known as big Z has continued to prove that age is just a number and that you can do anything you want to long as you put your mind to it. It appears that is not the end for Chara and feats of mental and physical fitness and strength though as he already gearing up for the Iron Man World Championships this October.
It's amazing to see Chara still living life to the fullest in his retirement and still doing remarkable things at his size.
