Last night during the Leafs-Senators game, a controversial cross-check occured. Ottawa's Ridly Greig took a clapper about five feet away from Toronto's net to bang home an empty netter, but was met afterwards while celebrating with a cross-check from Rielly.

It left everybody in the hockey world arguing whether it was justified or not and if it deserved a suspension. Then, the questions turned to NHL Player Safety on what they were going to do about it.
Well, reporter Chris Johnston announced that NHL Player Safety is still reviewing everything and is still trying to get the facts straight. However, a hearing for Morgan is imminent. Johnston also mentioned that they'll take their time with this one, as the Leafs don't play until Tuesday, when they host the St. Louis Blues.
