Utah is set to enter the National Hockey League in the fall and on Friday, their inaugural logo, albeit a temporary one for 2024-25, has been leaked.
The logo is a sky blue circle, with a thinner black or navy blue circle inside. It also has 'UTAH' on the inside of the circle, also in black or navy blue, with the word 'HOCKEY' above and 'CLUB' below, both in white text.
As a reminder, Utah will only be using their state name and 'Hockey Club' in their branding for their first season in the NHL. It takes quite a while to develop branding and logos for a professional sports team and even longer to get something an organization likes, so we won't have a team name or logos/colours for Utah's franchise until the 2025-26 season.
