Lightning trade Ross Colton to Western Conference powerhouse
According to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman, the Tampa Bay Lightning have traded forward Ross Colton to the Colorado Avalanche.
"Hearing Ross Colton will be traded from TB to Colorado." Friedman said.
The 26-year-old was drafted by the Lightning back in 2016 and has appeared in 190 games for them over the last three seasons, recording 83 points (47 goals, 36 assists) and 90 penalty minutes. He's also put up 19 points in 52 Stanley Cup Playoff games.
More to come.
