Usually certain injuries put a hockey players career in jeopardy, concussions are one of those injuries. I think everyone thought that after the way last season unfolded for Ondřej Kaše, he would hang up his skates.

However, that doesn't appear to be the case Pro Hockey Rumours Kaše has signed a contract to continue his career in his home country of Czechia; take a look:
Ondrej Kase Signs In Czechia

Kaše's deal with HC Litvinov is for one season, where he will team up with his brother David.
Kaše, 27, was limited to just 1 game last year with the Carolina Hurricanes in which he sustained another concussion that kept him on the shelf for the rest of the year. In 258 career NHL games split between the Anaheim Ducks, Boston Bruins, Toronto Maple Leafs and Hurricanes he registered 124 points, including 57 goals and 67 assists.
It's a little surprising Kaše has decided to continue his career due to his extensive list of head injuries, but I hope he's able to stay healthy while continuing his professional career
