"It's a f***ing disgrace:" Former Maple Leafs player unleashes on Craig Berube rumors

Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Craig Berube is currently on the hot seat, and former enforcer Jay Rosehill could not be more upset about the situation.
The Toronto Maple Leafs have been awful over the past few months, and now, they find themselves near the bottom of the Atlantic Division.
At this point in time, it feels as though the Leafs are on track to miss the playoffs, which is simply unacceptable, given their success last season.
Now, there are rumblings that the team is preparing to fire the head coach. Craig Berube was great last season, but the results from this season have been not-so-great.
Overall, this is a huge point of contention amongst analysts and members of the media. In fact, former Leafs enforcer Jay Rosehill believes this is a great injustice.
Jay Rosehill is fed up with the Toronto Maple Leafs
While speaking on 'Leafs Morning Take,' Rosehill explained that certain coaches are hard to play for because they are negative and sarcastic. These are the coaches you give up on.
However, he claims that Berube is the opposite of that, which makes the Leafs' recent effort a coordinated attempt to get the guy fired for no good reason.
I think it's a f--king disgrace
It's hard to disagree with Rosehill. Guys like William Nylander and Auston Matthews look apathetic on the ice, which is a huge concern going forward.
While the Leafs could bring in a new head coach like Peter DeBoer tomorrow, this wouldn't fix the structural problems that the team is facing right now.
This weekend, the Leafs play the Nashville Predators and the Dallas Stars, and only time will tell whether or not they get some wins, and keep Berube's job safe.
