Joseph Woll gets important news after Dennis Hildeby's big win against the Jets

The Toronto Maple Leafs are playing the Minnesota Wild tonight, and with Dennis Hildeby getting some wins, there have been questions about Joseph Woll.
Joseph Woll has had his fair share of ups and downs this season, especially since he started the season on a leave of absence.
He has been playing well for the Leafs, but his last game against the Las Vegas Golden Knights was a difficult one, allowing six goals on 33 shots.
In the following game, Dennis Hildeby came in and stole a victory against the Winnipeg Jets, which certainly put the pressure on the Leafs' netminder.
Anthony Stolarz is supposedly on his way back to the roster, and there is no doubt that Woll is feeling the heat as he wants to remain the number one starter.
Who is the starting goalie for the Toronto Maple Leafs tonight?
According to David Alter, Woll will, in fact, be the starter tonight for the Leafs as the team looks to take on the surging Minnesota Wild.
The Wild boast the talents of Quinn Hughes and have been looking pretty good now that they have one of the best defensemen in the entire National Hockey League.
With a 2.73 goals-against average and a .914 save percentage, it is clear to us that Woll is playing some solid hockey and has won the Leafs some games.
While paired with Hildeby, he has helped form a solid tandem, and the Leafs should be happy with the play that they have gotten from him this season.
That said, a playoff spot is on the line right now, and the team is going to need Woll to continue carrying his load, to the best of his ability.
It's going to be a fun finale to the season, and only time will tell whether or not the Leafs have what it takes to get over the hump.
