We are one step closer to the start of the NHL season, as training camp is officially set to begin for the Toronto Maple Leafs on Wednesday.

Auston Matthews links up with Murda Beatz
Yesterday, the team participated in a charity golf tournament, which goes down every single year. It takes place right before training camp and allows players to fraternize while also giving the media a chance to catch up with the team.
Celebrities tend to pop out at this event, and on Monday, the Maple Leafs got a visit from none other than legendary hip-hop producer Murda Beatz, who is Canadian.
As you can see below, Matthews got to say hello to Murda Beatz, and they even snapped a few photos together.
For those who may not know, the producer has made tracks for artists like Travis Scott, Migos, and even the likes of Drake. He has some of the biggest hip-hop hits of the last 10 years.
Whether or not he continues to hang around the Toronto Maple Leafs this season, still remains to be seen. That said, it would not be surprising to see the producer in some skyboxes.
Overall, the Toronto Maple Leafs are going to be starting their season next month, and we just want to watch some hockey.
Hopefully, the Maple Leafs are able to deliver, and Auston Matthews gets back to those scoring ways.
