Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Anthony Stolarz has been out of the lineup for almost two months, and fans have been concerned about a potential return.
Anthony Stolarz came into this season ready to show people that he is one of the best goaltenders in the world when given the right opportunity.
Unfortunately, it has not worked out that way so far. Instead, the netminder has some truly awful statistics and is currently injured.
In fact, he has been out of the lineup for almost two months. Not to mention, it has been reported that Stolarz has yet to skate since his injury.
It is the worst-case scenario for the netminder and the Leafs as a whole. Stolarz and Joseph Woll were a great tandem last season, but have not been able to get on the ice together.

Thankfully, the Maple Leafs finally got some good news today, courtesy of head coach Craig Berube, who spoke to the media.
During his talk with the media, Berube confirmed that Stolarz actually skated today. While there is still no timeline for a return, this is still a good step forward.
For now, the Maple Leafs are just going to need to be patient with their goaltender and the rest of the players who are injured.
Auston Matthews, William Nylander, Chris Tanev, and Dakota Joshua are all injured right now, and it remains to be seen when they will return.
If you are a fan of the Maple Leafs, it certainly has not been easy to watch them go through this during the first half of the season.
However, if they can get everyone back on the ice, this might be a team that could surprise some people down the stretch.
