The Toronto Maple Leafs are playing against the Montreal Canadiens on Saturday night, and after losing six of their last seven games, the lineup remains poor.

With the Toronto Maple Leafs losing last night's game to the Columbus Blue Jackets, there is no denying that the team needs a win right about now.
On Saturday, they will get to play the Montreal Canadiens, and this should prove to be one of the most important games of the entire season.
They are playing against a heated rival, and they are also trying to prove that they do, in fact, belong in the playoff conversation.
However, in order to win, they need to field the right lineup, and based on what we saw at practice today, it feels like the Leafs are about to make a mistake.

Toronto Maple Leafs lineup against the Montreal Canadiens

According to Mark Masters, the Maple Leafs are running back the exact same lineup that they had on Thursday against the Blue Jackets.
For the most part, the lineup is fine. However, the major issue lies in the fact that Max Domi remains on the second line, despite his failures from last night, and the season at large.
Nylander - Tavares - Jarnkrok
McMann - Domi - Robertson
Lorentz - Laughton - Cowan
Joshua - Quillan - Maccelli
Knies, Matthews, Blais

Rielly - Ekman-Larsson
Benoit - McCabe
Mermis - Stecher

Domi made the catastrophic mistake, which led to the Maple Leafs getting scored on with just 47 seconds left in overtime.
Meanwhile, in 21 games this season, Domi has managed just six points, which simply is not good enough to belong on the second line.
Unless Domi turns things around here, the Maple Leafs are in big trouble. Only time will determine whether or not he gets it together.
