With the Toronto Maple Leafs dealing with a plethora of injuries, the team has decided to go with a bold lineup on Thursday night against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Maple Leafs fans are well aware of the fact that the Toronto Maple Leafs are currently dealing with a number of injuries.
Guys like Auston Matthews, Brandon Carlo, Anthony Stolarz, Matthew Knies, and Chris Tanev are all out of the lineup. There is very little information on when these players will be back, and it has led to lots of anxiety.
Tonight, the Leafs are back in action against the Columbus Blue Jackets, and with the team looking to get its second win in a row, it appears as though the lineup is going to be incredibly disjointed.

For instance, there are some wild promotions here. The biggest is Calle Jarnkrok being moved up to the first line with John Tavares and William Nylander.
From there, Max Domi, Bobby McMann, and Nick Robertson find themselves together on the second line, which is concerning. Scott Laughton is officially back and will play on the third line with Steven Lorentz and Easton Cowan.
Lastly, the fourth line consists of Jacob Quillan, Dakota Joshua, and Matias Maccelli. One could argue this is the worst Leafs lineup of the season so far.
Nylander - Tavares - Jarnkrok
McMann - Domi - Robertson
Lorentz - Laughton - Cowan
Joshua - Quillan - Maccelli
Matthews, Blais

Rielly - Ekman-Larsson
Benoit - McCabe
Mermis - Stecher

As for the power play, Jarnkrok is going to be on the first unit, which for all intents and purposes, is a major problem.

When your roster is depleted, these are the kinds of lineups you get. Whether or not it leads to a Maple Leafs win, still remains to be seen.
