Newly acquired Toronto Maple Leafs forward Nicolas Roy remains a question mark going into this season, although an injury has led to valid concerns.
The Toronto Maple Leafs acquired Nicolas Roy in the now-infamous Mitch Marner sign-and-trade to the Las Vegas Golden Knights.
Overall, it was a major move, even if Roy and Marner are not equivalent players. Roy is someone who is expected to make an impact right away, as he will center the third line.
Unfortunately, yesterday, we got word that Roy was dealing with a bit of an injury, and would have to keep himself out of training camp for a bit.

According to Mark Masters, things are going well for Roy right now, as he was spotted on the ice for today's practice and was even taking line rushes.
