This channel will consist of vlogs where the cameraman follows Nylander around. We will get an exclusive glimpse inside the Leafs' season, and fans have every reason to be excited about it.
With that in mind, Nylander just uploaded the first episode of his new series, and it contains a brief segment in which the forward talks about Mitch Marner.
William Nylander is now on YouTube
The winger starts out by talking about the team's new players. Nylander believes the additions of Nicolas Roy, Dakota Joshua, and Matias Maccelli make this team deeper than last season's iteration.
However, he did acknowledge that losing Mitch Marner is a lot. Needless to say, he is feeling a bit conflicted about things.
I think those guys (new players) are going to be good for our team so it'll be a lot of fun. I think it made our team a little bit deeper. But, I mean, obviously losing Mitch is a lot, but we'll see how it all plays out
William Nylander is coming off a season in which he had 45 goals, which led the Toronto Maple Leafs, as Auston Matthews had a down year.
Going into this season, Nylander will be looking to expand on the season he had. 50 goals could be on the horizon.
The regular season will officially begin on October 8th, and there is no denying that it is going to be a lot of fun.
We just hope this Maple Leafs team brings some good vibes and competes at a level that puts the rest of the NHL on notice.
