If you have any familiarity with the type of play in the FPHL, this probably seems fairly normal for you. Two players from that league dropped the gloves over the weekend, making sure they went full tarps-off in the process.
Justin Schmit of the Watertown Wolves, and Elias Thompson of the Motor City Rockers decided on a tilly before the opening faceoff of the second period. Both went over to their benches first and took off everything they had covering their upper-bodies. The fight gets underway and one of them slips early on. However, he gets back up and the officials allow them to keep going. They trade punches for over a minute in total before the officials finally step in.
Just another weekend game in one of the roughest leagues in North America.
