Colorado Avalanche goaltender among two placed on waivers

The eyes of everyone in the hockey world is on Toronto this weekend for the All-Star festivities, but there's still league business to attend to.
On Saturday afternoon, the Colorado Avalanche and Vegas Golden Knights decided to place players on the waiver wire.
According to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman, Avalanche goaltender Ivan Prosvetov and Golden Knights defenceman
Brayden Pachal have been placed on waivers for the purpose of being assigned to the AHL.

"Pachal (LV) on waivers"
Prosvetov, 24, has appeared in 11 games this season for the Colorado Avalanche where he has a record of 4-3-1 with a 3.16 goals against average and an .895 save percentage.
Pachal, a native of Estevan, Saskatchewan has skated in 17 games for the Golden Knights where he has one goal, 12 penalty minutes and is a minus-two.
If Prosvetov and/or Pachal clear waivers on Sunday, they'll be assigned to their respective American Hockey League affiliate - the Colorado Eagles and Henderson Silver Knights.
