Connor Bedard continues to have an amazing junior hockey career. He already had a fantastic World Junior Tournament and now Bedard goes right back to dominating the Western Hockey League. It is safe to say, he's on a hot streak right now.
Last night against the Calgary Hitman, Bedard had four goals, and two assists in a 6-2 victory. Bedard's skating ability and his shot are already at an elite level. Many of Connor's goals are also highlight reel so he's fun to watch as well. Check out some other dazzling Bedard stats in the link below.
All NHL teams that miss the playoffs this season must be dreaming of landing the number one pick in the draft this year. There is no doubt that Bedard will be the unanimous first overall pick. Yeah, he probably won't score as much in the NHL as he did in juniors, but he will certainly be a very good NHL hockey player for many years. It is no wonder you hear last place teams willing to go into tank mode for one of juniors most coveted players.
