Connor McDavid sends Andrew Cogliano flying with a huge hit
Connor McDavid has taken his game to another level during the playoffs. He's added a physical element to his game that has made him even more dangerous. Not only is he taking away pucks, McDavid is now hunting them on every play.
During tonight's game, McDavid put that physicality on full display. During the 1st period McDavid saw an opportunity to lay a hit on Andrew Cogliano and he took it. The hit sent Cogliano crashing hard to the ice.
It appeared on the play McDavid may have gotten an elbow to the face on the play, but he remained in the game.
