the Florida Panthers take on the Calgary Flames in the early game today. It's the first meeting between the two teams blockbuster trade this summer. In fact, Sutter praised Tkachuk for the good season he had last year in Calgary and approaching Brad Treliving about potentially leaving .

Sutter's comments make it seem like Tkachuk deserved to traded and get a lengthy contract extension. Now it's time for players and the organization to move on.
