The Department of Player Safety has announced a hearing for Trouba, making an example out of him after latest incident.
Jacob Trouba is a player that plays right on the line between clean and dirty, dividing most hockey fans down the middle, he usually gets off quite easy for infractions that to other players would be a call from the National Hockey League's Department of Player Safety.
It appears as if the Department of Player Safety has had enough of his antics and have finally announced a hearing for an elbow on Vegas Golden Knights forward, Pavel Dorofeyev; take a look.
NY Rangers' Jacob Trouba will have a hearing today for elbowing Vegas' Pavel Dorofeyev.
This is strange one, Trouba appears to catch Dorofeyev off the draw, but it seems like everyone missed it during the game.
We'll see how this plays out, but it's a head scratcher for sure.
