Jaromir Jagr Is Being Honored With a "Night With A Legend" Series
Jaromr Jágr is a legendary NHL Journeyman and All-Star who is still playing Hockey with the club(HC Kladno, since February 2018) in which he owns the majority of shares in the club for since 2011 when he replaced his father as owner.
Jágr will be starring in a series of shows, put on by the VDPN Promo Production agency, in the Czech Republic.
On May 12th, in Edison Park, in Bratislava, it sounds like the public and the star himself will be in for a night of surprises and will be able to hear about how the legend himself came to be.
For the first time, however, a Czech living legend, Jaromr Jágr, will play a major role in this show with a world star. A man who represented Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic around the world and a man who is a multiple world champion, Olympic winner, holder of the Stanley Cup. Jaromr Jágr will tell his story as part of the premium evening, Night with a Legend. The story of an ordinary boy who conquered the whole world and also a story that is not over yet.
As someone who is a huge fan of Jágr, I am extremely jealous that the Czech Republic gets to experience these shows.
The NHL stat-line of Jágr speaks for itself with, 766 goals, 1155 assists and +322
Jaromr Jágr
This is a great sign of respect for a guy, who at 49 is still playing the game and as quoted by the The Hockey News in 2021:
«Do you know why I'm still playing?» Jagr told The Hockey News in comments published Wednesday. «I have a responsibility to the club, otherwise I wouldn't fly here and I wouldn't be making a fool of myself. But if I quit, the partners and sponsors would leave and the club may be done. I have no choice. People don't understand it, but I don't care. Only God will judge me. I expect much more from myself, and I also believe that I have it in me.»
