Matthew Tkachuk cheap shots Nikita Kucherov after the whistle
The Florida Panthers and Tampa Bay Lightning rivalry started again last night, as the Panthers lost 3 to 2 in overtime.
However, some NHL players went back to playing in the style they've been known to play, which if you know Matthew Tkachuk, is playing like a rat to agitate the other team.
It's hard to feel sorry for Kucherov, as his history of being a dirty player is well-documented.
He continued the practice last night, as he boarded Sasha Barkov, which resulted in Tkachuk taking matters into his own hands
This behavior isn't out of the ordinary for the Stanley Cup champion, and Tkachuk rightfully retaliated against Kucherov and as is customary for the league and the department of player safety, nothing will come of both of those instances
