Michigan Alert - Trevor Zegras pulls off the Michigan again, but this time it doesn't count
Last season Trevor Zegras dazzled fans by pulling off an incredible Lacrosse Goal pass and by pulling off "The Michigan". Zegras has shown on multiple occasions just how talented he is as a player, but he's even more incredible as a performer.
Zegras never shies away from the dramatics and embraces the type of player he is. That's what made him this year's EA Sports cover athlete.
Tonight during a game against the Minnesota Wild, Zegras was once again up to his old tricks. As he takes the puck behind the net it's clear what he has in mind. Zegras quickly scoops up the puck, lifts it up and buries it behind Filip Gustavsson.
While this goal is extremely impressive, unfortunately for Zegras his teammate Dimitry Kulikov was ruled offside negating the goal. It's always nice when a beautiful goal is called back by millimeters...thanks Matt Duchene.
