Last night the New Jersey Devils opened their season against the Philadelphia Flyers. Things didn't go well, as they were on the wrong end of a 5-2 loss. After the game veteran forward Miles Wood reacted.

«I'm just sick and tired of being on a bad team, that's the thing that stinks the most. Tomorrow is a must-win game for us and it's my job to get the guys going.»

Drafted 100th overall in the 2013 NHL Draft. Wood hasn't been part of much winning in New Jersey. He has only appeared in 5 playoff games going pointless.

The Devils are back to work on Saturday hosting the Detroit Red Wings in their home opener of the season. Head Coach Lindy Ruff and company will be hoping to catch a tired Detroit team who is in action tonight against the Montreal Canadiens.
