Scary scene - Evander Kane has his wrist cut open by a skate
The Edmonton Oilers are in Tampa Bay tonight for a potential Stanley Cup preview. Early in the second period Evander Kane appears to suffer what could be a significant injury after having his wrist slice open by a skate.
On the play Kane is take to the ice by a hit. While on the ice Pat Maroon approaches and accidentally steps on the wrist of Kane. A pool of blood can be immediately seen on the ice. Kane quickly jumps to his feet, grabs his wrist, applies pressure and rushed to the bench.
Hopefully this injury isn't as severe as it looks. We hope Kane is alright after this scary scene.
