The talk of the hockey world after Friday night was a game between the Arizona Coyotes and Anaheim Ducks. The Ducks may have won on the scoreboard but when the game was in the final minutes, the Coyotes had beaten up the young Ducks team physically.
At the end of the third period, Jay Beagle left Troy Terry with a bloody face and busted eye. Not many liked what happened and Ducks' legend Teemu Selanne weighed in.
Don't like how these young Ducks stars get pushed around we need a couple @thereal_tiedomi s herenow..joke is over
The NHL has slowly moved away from the enforcer role. But maybe Selanne is right and the young Ducks need someone to watch their back. At the very least the management group shouldn't have shipped out Josh Manson and Nic Deslauriers, stripping the team of all of their toughness.
